discoverycoveflorida

We have a customer going to Florida shortly and is interested in swimming with dolphins. However she is a larger lady and is worried about there being any wetsuits being big enough for her. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

I did Discovery Cove a few years back. You do not have to wear a wetsuit you could just get the vest. I did see some chubby people wearing a wetsuit. It was October when we went.

But the funny part about it was when we went to the area to get one they had a young guy handing them out. Well he looked me over, I peer back at him and said "Be nice now". He busted up laughing. I'm not exactly small on top..but the size he gave me was correct. I can't imagine what went threw this poor guy's mind all day handing these things out.

It might be a bit chilly just wearing the vest....but I'm sure they'll be other people her size if she needs to wear the entire wetsuit.

I went to discovery cove last year and two years before that, i wasnt the smallest of people the first time round but was able to wear a vest and feel comfortable. there are wet suits to fit but the vests are easier to put on!! you will have a wonderful day.
