bachelor party

Thinking about coming down to PBG for a bachelor party. Very low key group, looking to play some golf and hit up some bars. Looking for either a villa/condo for a group of 10 or so, or else a hotel for about $200 per night. Suggestions? Are there any public golf courses around that aren't $150 a round? Certainly up for a nice course, but prefer sub-$100 if possible. Willing to drive as well to get to it if need be.

I stay at Embassy Suites in PBG. You get a free hot breakfast and a daily manager's reception (free drinks) from 5-7. The Abacoa golf course is inexpensive - $60. It is 5 min. drive from The Embassy Suites near the Cards/Marlins spring training facility.

This time of year, rates go up at all golf courses, as well as hotels. Most of the decent golf courses will cost over $100 including cart fees for non-residents. There are some public courses the may just edge you under $100 with taxes and cart fees. Here is the link to Abacoa www.abacoagolfclub.com/

Found this site which advertises a package for PGA National which really looks like a deal www.resortsgolfandspa.com/golf-packages.htm

This is the link for the North Palm Beach country Club website - go to "country club" then "golf facility" when navigating.

The economy HAS affected our area tourist -wise a bit, so you may be able to find some deals. Your websites for golf packages would be where I'd look.
