Spring Break 2010 - 1st time

Some friends and I are planning a trip to Panama for spring break. We're all college seniors and 21 years of age and are looking for a good place to stay. We want to be in the middle of everything and we do plan on doing a lot of partying, but at the same time we don't want to stay in a dump. Does anyone have any suggestions for hotels that would be in the action, but would still provide a nice stay at a good price? Any help here would be appreciated! :)

I would stay at the Holiday Inn Sunspree if I wanted to be in the middle of all the action.

Ditto. Their pool is great and it's a non-stop party throughout Spring Break.

Also, look into any of the Edgewater Beach Resort properties. And The Boardwalk.

If you want to stay further west, it's still a great party hotel, but a bit further from the superclubs of LaVela and Spinnaker, check into a place called The Sandpiper Beacon Resort. They have a really popular tiki bar and tons of events throughout the week(s). You'll have to take a cab though if you want to get to anyof the clubs and bars...way too far to walk.
