Any Sanibel Island resorts open to the public?

I live in Cape Coral and was wondering if there are any resorts on Sanibel that you can pay per person to gain access for the day to use the resorts pool, lounge chairs, beach and access to there bars and restaurants if avail?

Thanks!

Not sure if it's open to the non-resident public but Sundial charges guests who have not booked through the resort a $25 per day resort fee to use the pool and resort amenities. I would suggest you contact them to see if they offer that to non- overnight guests.
