There are Asian restaurants on Main Street in downtown Sarasota.

Is that close enough for you to drive?

Yes, Sarasota is OK.

We will be driving there anyway to see the Marie Selby

Gardens. Any of those Asian restaurants serving good

Thai food that you can recommend? (I guess, what I'm saying

is, if I see several, which should I pick in your opinion).

Thanks for taking the time to answer me).

The highest rated Thai restaurant in Sarasota would be a bit of a drive for you -- Bangkok Restaurant, quite a few miles away at the corner of Procter and Swift. Much closer, though, is Pacific Rim on Hillview Street in Southside. That's a very close number 2, and it's probably only 5 minutes from Selby.
