Palm Harbor

could you please recommend a great restaurant and/or bar in Palm Harbor. Would love to sit outside but usually that's where all the smokers are since you can't smoke inside, correct?

we love italian, pizza, steaks, american, sandwiches, wings and burgers. And of course, great drinks.

thank you.

Great sandwiches at the Lucky Dill Deli on Alt. U.S. 19 in Palm Harbor. It's just a casual deli but for a nice lunch it is a very good deal. Not too far of a drive to the Sponge Docks in Tarpon Springs for some shopping, views of the Anclote River and alot of good Greek food (can also find 'regular' American food there).

No you can't smoke inside. But the Lucky Dill's patio is big enough that you should be able to get away from the smokers if there are any... Once it gets hot here - which it is now - even the smokers tend to eat inside.

The Lucky Dill is good, but the servings are huge, so recommend sharing a sandwich - you'll have plenty... Will help offset what is not really cheap food, in my opinion.

I second going to Tarpon Springs Docks. Very touristy area, but a fun diversion for an hour or two. It's about 10-15 minutes north of the Lucky Dill off Alt 19. You'll go through Tarpon Springs proper, and it's about a mile north of that. Turn left on Dodecanese and park, then walk around. Great Greek pastries!
