gary ampitheatre

hey folks, anyone been to this place recently?

we're off back to Florida in April and want to go to the Tim Mcgraw concert but not sure about the layout of this venue.

can someone tell me what the layout is like, and if you can actually see anything if you buy "lawn" tickets, where I presume you can take your own picnic etc. and details of parking please.

The "lawn" tickets are further back from the reserved seats. They do have big screens back there so you can see the performer closer up. The link below lists what you can and can't take into the venue.

Not sure what kind of details you want on parking? There are lots next to the venue.

We love the lawn tickets, and this is where we always sit. You can bring chairs or a blanket and spread it out. When you sit in the seats, it's very hot in there because you're basically sitting in a bowl, and there is not a lot of air flow. We will only buy lawn tickets from now on. If you buy the lawn seats, get there early and put your blanket/chairs where you want. There are jumbotrons and the sound at the ampitheater is very good. :O)
