Young couple with day & 1/2 West Palm Beach

Hello,

My husband & I are visiting WPB the first week of March for a wedding. We are in our late 20's. Our idea of fun is (Theme Parks) but we are looking to tone it down because we were exhausted our last vacation. Any recs for a fun loving adventuring couple? We are planning to rent a car. We've considered going to South Beach but wonders if it's worth the drive if there are nice places in West Palm Beach.

Not sure if this would be your cup of tea, but if you like animals, check out Lion Country Safari.

Hummm....well there is something to be said about South Beach! Tons of fun, problem is if you are there for the night scene, it doesn't get going until 11:00pm-6:00am. It is fun to hang out down there during the day. There is lots to see. If you are a foodie and like excellent food, funky drinks, and people watching, go there. If you stay up in the WPB area, and are free on Thursday, there is Clematis by night on Thursday evenings. That would be something worth checking out....street festival down main drag in downtown....then you could hit a few popular bars down there. There is also City Place which is fun to walk around, eat and shop. As far as Theme Parks, as mentioned above, the closest thing we have is Lion Country Safari, or the Rapids.
