Fishing

Looking to do a full day fishing with a charter. Would be intersted in a boat that has a bathroom on it. Also, do not want to spend half the day going to the location to fish and are okay with not being out as far. Will be needing to book about 6 people anywhere from July 18-20. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Leesa

I did a tour with Sundial Charters and it was fabulous. I didn't go fishing but I went on a nature tour with them. It was really nice and personalized.

Their website is http://www.sundialcharters.net/ .

The top two groups to fish offshore with in the are is Miss Judy's Charters and Amick's deep sea fishing. They both have a web site and if they are booked they can point you in the right direction. Amick's is on Tybee and Miss Judy is 15 minutes from there. Miss Judy has been running charters for over 40 years and her father started in the early 50's. Steve Amick has been running charters for 30 plus years.

To fish the Snapper banks and live bottom in this area you have a 2 hour ride. The other choice for a shorter boat ride is the artifical reefs.
