free hotel parking in downtown chicago

Is anyone familiar with hotels downtown chicago that offer free parking or inexpensive parking besides the Best Western River North? Thanks!

Sorry. Free parking downtown does not exist.

Near the BWRN:

The Sterling Self-Park Garage

(located between Clark and LaSalle on Kinzie)

$24 per day

In by 7 a.m. out by 7 p.m. - $14

In by 9 a.m. out by 7 p.m. - $18 per day

After 3 p.m. and weekends - $6

It's a couple of dollars higher than listed. Still a good deal.

I like the parking set up at the Four Points Sheraton if your driving. It's not inexpensive but if you have to pay for parking, at least you can get to your car easily during your stay. Caveat: Large vehicles might have trouble with the entrance to the inside parking.

PS. It's been my experience if you want "free" parking, you have to stay in the suburbs. That's not what you asked, but just for others that read the thread.
