I'm from Singapore where tipping, I would say, is not a very common move, except for some occasions when we wanted to get rid of the loose change in restuarants. I'd be goin to Chicago for 8 days with my sister n mum in end of March, and heard about e tipping practice in almost everywhere we go. Would need some advice on where tipping is required, and how much.
Eg. Hotel Room service (concierge, baggage carry)
Starbucks and food chains
Public transport like CTA n buses
What else have I missed out? Do we need to tip when we purchase entrance tickets to the aquariums or museums?
