Sounds like a good plan.

Though on Day 4 you're bouncing around a bit - south/north/south/north.

Thanks - would it make more sense if we went to Revolution Brewery after the Navy Pier?

Yes - that makes more sense.

Don't plan on eating at Navy Pier. Poor dining options at best.

Sorry one more question - do you think I should buy tickets beforehand for Empty Bottle and Second City or do you think I will be able to buy them at the door? I was thinking of seeing Death at Empty Bottle and The Best of Second City. Not sure if they will get sold out.

Empty Bottle - probably not necessary.

Second City - it's best to purchase in advance. Perhaps you can stop by SC on your way from the hostel to Grant Park.

Everything looks great, except as Dave148 pointed out, you might need to rearrange Day 4.

Yeah Navy Pier has restaurants but nothing you would really want to eat at since Chicago is world renowned for it's food as well.

But if you are interested in eating at Navy Pier, here are a few restaurants located here
