This is the train line - metrarail.com/Sched/cnw_nw/cnw_nw.shtml

One way is $8.05

You will be let off at the Ogilvie Tranpsortation Center. It's on the west side of downtown.

Easy transfer to CTA buses. www.transitchicago.com for public transit information. There's a trip plnner on the homepage.

You can read my post on the Harvard forum, which is right below yours, to learn about the actual parking for the train, the station and the trip.

You can purchase a 1-day pass that will be good for unlimited rides on all CTA trains and buses at the CTA headquarters, 567 W Lake (at Jefferson). It's 3 blocks from Ogilvie Station. The pass is $5.75.
