restaurant on the locks

about 8 years ago we visited and had a nice dinner with a supper view of the Mississippi right above the locks. Does anyone know if this restaurant still exists and what it's called?

It does not exist anymore but there is Catfish Charlies, a nicer restaurant right on the river by the Mystiqie ice hockey rink and casino. Also Tony Romas steakhouse located in the Grand Harbor Hotel and has an outdoor seating area right on the river walk which is absolutely beautiful! Great happy hour M-F (3-6) I believe.

It was called the Toll Bridge and was aptly named after the toll bridge which used to be there and has since been torn down. Along with lovethesuns recommendations there is The Star which has outdoor seating overlooking the river also. Check out other options at this website:
