Casino Restaurants

I know the casino is across the river but a couple of people saw my Indiana post and suggested that I post here. I have a $100 food comp, one time use, for Horseshoe. I'm thinking about Jack Binion's and trying to find out if it's that great or should I eat somewhere else in there and not worry about it if I don't use all the money?

Your choices are pretty limited. I would go for dinner at Binions, the three times I have dined there it has been very good. Sea bass, prime rib and steak, all delicious. Service was excellent also. I did notice the people next to us complaining about something, but some people just have to find fault with everything! You won't have trouble using the 100.00 there. Legends has some nice entrees, I know someone who preferred their steak there to Binions, desserts at Legends are huge, enough to share for sure. Use it at one of those would be my suggestion and enjoy!!!

Also does the good comp say it has to be used at one place all at once. Most food comps can be used at different places until the comp is gone. I'd check with Total rewards booth when you arrive to get it clarified.

I can ask but this was a response to a terrible service issue I had there - in 24 hours it was the room then one of the restaurants. I'm not one that usually complains, I just move on to another place but when the "how'd we do" email came I told them. I had some compliments to give, too, but their response to my problem was a free night and this food credit. (I said comp, they call it a credit).

Regardless, it was a pretty big couple of blunders or I wouldn't have even mentioned it. I'm looking forward to seeing a better experience this time.

Thanks for yor suggestions.
