Here are a few ideas for you. I've only been to the Blue Dog, which I thought was excellent, but they all look good.

If you're up for a drive try the Zydego brunch at Cafe des Amis in Breaux Bridge.

It changed my life, lol!

All of the above are excellent. Cafe des Amis has the zydeco breakfast on Saturday. I don't believe they do on Sundays. Blue Dog will have a live band and all you can eat buffet (delicious) and it includes mimosas. Village Cafe is also lovely with their divine sweet potato biscuits on Sunday. But no live band. Jolies may have music. When we go it is a little quieter than Blue Dog. Like violin instead of a 5 piece band. All are enjoyable! If you are downtown, maybe try the French Press for lunch on Saturday! It is awesome too and has a French Quarter give.
