Oysters in Freeport or drive to Portland?

Looking for a spot with good, fresh raw oysters in Freeport. We usually go to Street&Co. in Portland when the craving hits, but will be staying in Freeport for a couple of nights in May. I noticed that the Maine Dining Room at the Harraseeket has them on the appetizer menu, but thought that setting might be a little too formal for us to essentially use as an oyster bar. Thanks!

Just a few doors down from us, the Maine Dining Room has them on the Spring menu. harraseeketinn.com/maine-inn/dining/mdr-summ…

Check the menu at Broad Arrow Tavern, the more casual resto inside the Harasseekett Inn.

Also check Linda Bean's Maine Kitchen.

Nearby, Royal River Grill, Yarmouth; or even better, Falmouth Sea Grill, Rte 1A (views of the bay), Falmouth.
