Pink Blossom vs. Seacastles

We stayed at

Seacastles which was a 1 bedroom

Suite. It was reasonable, although it could use some

"updating" in its decor and furnishings.

PROS:

*Suite- having separate living area/sleeping area

*Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, sink and 2 stove top burners

*Location -right near Marginal Way and Village

*Friendly Staff

*Clean

Cons:

*Carpet dingy

*Bed veryuncomfortable

*AC kind of finicky

*General decor could use an updating

A better option is the Pink

Blossoms Resort (http://www.pinkb.com/locations.html),

which is really nice. The decor is all updated, new

and very clean. We stayed in a one bedroom suite (Family

Suites Room 404). The layout of the suite is very nice

We have two queen beds a desk area, and a living room,

kitchen area that has full fridge, sink and microwave

(no stove top but they do have a counter top burner). There are also two tv's one

with a VHS etc. If we come back i would definitely

book here. The staff has also been very friendly.

1. Re: Pink Blossom vs. Seacastles

We stayed in the Pink Blossom at the end of September 2005. We had anice one bedroom with a king size bed, a desk area, and a living room. It also had a kitchen area which is very nice. We had a wonderful time in Ogunquit, everyone was friendly and the area is absolutely lovely. We would return again in a minute.
