Any newer oceanfront condos?

I have stayed at the Plaza condo for many years and I will repeat this year. But I was wondering if there have been any newer condos built along the beach recently. I've seen newer ones built on the bay side but I'm partial to oceanfront.

Gateway Grand, but not a "hi-rise" like the Plaza, Golden Sands, etc.

Basically, OC is virtually out of beachfront real estate...

Gateway Grand is a highrise. Belmont on the boardwalk is new as is the Meridian on 60th Street. All of them are very nice AND expensive.

I agree GL726 - OC is virtually out of beachfront real estate and IMO OC is almost finished with bay front locations. (Bert Cropper Cement Company at the foot of Rt. 50 bridge comes to mind).

Good choices Dude, and right on - expensive.

In addition to the ones mentioned above, the Adagio is ocean front and newer.

Yikes! I guess I'll stick with the Plaza. I'm happy there. Thanks for the feedback.
