Must eats

With the limited time I have on my vacation next week..what is the one or two places a young couple can't miss dinner at?

Any other attractions would be helpful as well.

There's 10 miles of restaurants & bars, which vary from fine dining to grab a burger or a slice of pizza.

Some of our favorites are: mackys, fish tales, brass balls, de lazy lizard, salty dogs and harpoon hannas. You should also check out seacrets for a few drinks. My favorite time there is around 5-8 pm for the jim long band on the beach stage. Around 10:00 pm they open the club part and have a band with a dj in between. The earlier you go the cheaper the cover charge and they do have a dress code. They have a lot of bars thru out the place. Check out their web site. You can also take the bus to and from places 1.00 per person per ride or 3.00 per person for an all day pass.

That's too broad of a question. Do you want trendy? Upscale? Gourmet? Bar food? OC has all of those and everyone has different tastes. Everything from Brianna's Bananas to Shark on the Harbor! Fast food goes from Burger King to Wendys. 1000 kinds of pizza to buffets that have everything you could possibly want to eat including pizza!

You might like Seacrets or Mackeys, or you might like Ristorante Antipasti or Fagers. Are you looking for fish dishes or just something like ribs and chicken?

Two of our favorites are the Captain's Table and BJ's on the Water.

I think you misunderstood the question momoo. The OP wants our "must" places to eat during a short trip to the beach. For example, I'm heading to OC this weekend and must eats/things to do for us are a

seafood burrito at Fish Tales (bayside 17th st)

hang out at DeLazy Lizard for supper and enjoy the boats/water/evening/etc (2nd st bayside)

hit the Haunted House boardwalk ride

those 3 are a "must" be there are other favorites but not high on the list as those 3
