We'll be coming to the eastern shore for a long weekend and would love some restaurant suggestions for Easton/

St. Michaels/OxfordCambridge. Since we'll be there for several meals, recommendations for both upscale and casual would be great. Places with water views would also be helpful.

Thanks!

I just found your post! In Easton we found two amazing restaurants. Mason's and The Bartlett Pear Inn. The food was of the highest quality and the ambiance very nice in both restaurants. In St. Michales, we had a very good lunch at Key Lime Cafe. The Crab Claw is the place to go for pretty water views. The ambiance is very casual and service friendly.

Enjoy your time in Maryland! :)

For more casual places try Ava's Pizzeria & Wine Bar (St. Michaels), and the BBQ Joint (in Easton). For higher end dining try 208 Talbot (St. Michaels), and Scossa Italian Restaurant (they have a happy hour from 4 - 7) and Mason's (both in Easton).

The biggest draw for the Crab Claw, is the outside dining and the quintessential crab house atmosphere that comes with it. The ambiance may be lost dining indoors, and that won't help to make up for very mediocre food.
