Bachelorette Party in East Falmouth

Greetings!

I'm planning a bachelorette party in East Falmouth for my sister this summer, and would love recommendations for restaurants and/or bars for the evening. She likes nicer places, good wine, etc. - anything with outdoor seating would be a plus!

Thanks so much for your help!

What kind of partying are you looking for? Low key or over the top?

If you are looking for a nice place, you could check the Coonamesset Inn. They have a nice outdoor deck and it is a stone throw from the center of town.

I'll mention two places based on their views and not their gourmet food. Try these for apps and drinks perhaps. The Flying Bridge has seating for 600 people. Since the view of the busy harbor is the main attraction be sure to ask for tables on the deck. Open for lunch and dinner. If you can fit only one place with great views into your schedule then make it www.casinowharffx.com. Lunch and dinner.

Don't forget about the outdoor options like the small venue Clam Shack on Clinton Ave right at the heart of the harbor (but not for a large party and note that there are no bathrooms) you'll sit by the harbor or up on the roof.

Then there's Woods Hole where there are a couple of restaurants right around the tiny Eel Pond drawbridge with water views like www.thecaptainkidd.com

Back in Falmouth but without views check out The Glass Onion and Liam Maguire's Irish Pub. The latter is for the entertainment, not the food.

Lastly call the experts at the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce at 508-548-8500 or 800-526-8532. They will be a terrific resource for you. Have fun.

its a party ! I would think the "nice" places are what you would want to avoid !!!!

Anejo for mexican and margueritas ? food is good, its open air, and the drinks rock.

La Cevitta (sp) if you want upscale italian

Casino Wharf, I see em piling in dressed up for a nightclub

Liam McGuires if yoo want to throw back some drafts with Irish flare

and yes, if you want a nice restaurant, linen table cloth etc, try the Glas Onion, they may not accept reservations though.

then go have some fun at Anejo for drinks, Roo Bar, and end it at Liams
