if i don't have a car and staying in Boston, how do i get to Plimouth Plantation on the weekend of March 29?

Take the commuter rail from South Station to Kingston (the train goes to Plymouth, but not as frequently), then take a local Plymouth taxi to the Plantation. That is pretty much your only option. Look at mbta.com for train schedules, you want the Kingston/Old Colony line of the commuter rail.

There are also private bus tour companies that offer tours there as another option.
