Looking for accomodations July 6-8

Looking for accomodations in Provincetown July 6-8 for 2 couples. Will consider all types of properties - 2 rooms in a B&B or 2 hotel rooms or a house / apt / condo with 2 bedrooms. I am finding either 3+ minimum nights, or outrageous prices. I would like to find something that is no more than $250 per night (or $500 per night for a 2 bedroom).

Thanks in advance.

You might have more luck if you broaden your search to include North Truro. Remember, the Cape has a short season and limited amount of lodging. Not many places in town will want to book a 2-night stay when they will easily fill up with a longer minimum stay. Expect to pay a premium for a 2-night stay in Provincetown in July.

I've stayed at the crows near motel/reort in North Truro. It is an 5 minute drive to PTown. All rooms have great views of the bay and offer kitchenette. A very comfortable and clean place to stay with affordable rates

Good luck.

Look at The Cape Colony Inn (capecolonyinn.com). On those dates they are showing rates for $233.45 per night including taxes. It's on Bradford Street at the East End of Provincetown and a about a 15 minute walk down Commercial Street to the center of town. This is a recently refurbished motel with spacious rooms and there is also a pool. I'm not sure what the policy is now, but in the past they have taken reservations for 2 nights.
