Detroit Restaurants/ shuttle to Joe Louis

I was wondering if there was a restaurant where you could park at and eat, and then shuttle to the Redwings game?

Nemo's (Corktown)

Vivio's (Eastern market)

Old Shillelagh (Greektown)

Fishbones (Greektown)

Detroiter Bar (Bricktown)

Jacoby's (Bricktown)

Sweetwater Tavern (Bricktown)

Nemo's is the only one that has their own parking lot ($3 to park and shuttle I think). The rest have plenty of street, surface lot, or structure parking nearby that will run anywhere from $10 to $25 depending on events in the area. You can also park at the Greektown casino for free (players card required at times) and hop on Fishbones or the Shillelagh shuttle.

You may want to consider the people mover as well. I'm not sure where you plan on eating, but if the establishment you're eating at doesn't offer a shuttle.

Also be aware that boarding the people mover or a shuttle can be a nightmare after the game. I stick with the Greektown/Bricktown places since it is an easy walk if I don't want to wait in line to get a shuttle.

Also remember where your shuttle drops you off. Some drop off on the river side, some on Jefferson.

There are also Bookie's and Hoot's, both of which have parking lots.

I wouldn't go to either just for the food, but eating there pre/post game would be okay. Of course in the case of Bookie's (due to proximity) I'd be sooo tempted to grab food at Bucharest/Park Bar first, then head on over to Bookies for another drink and the shuttle.

Other note: From Bookie's (and of course from Bucharest/Park Bar) you're really close enough to Comerica Park to walk-- if Comerica's where you're going.
