walking to the beach

I will be traveling to Biloxi in October and was wondering if you could walk to the beach from any of the casinos? Also, can you walk from any of the casinos to the other casinos. Not sure if we are staying at the Grand or the Beau Rivage. It is going to be during Cruisin the coast, is traffic going to be awful?

You can walk from Beau Rivage to Hard Rock as they are right next to each other. Treasure Bay Casino Resort is right across the street from the beach. Regarding traffic during Cruisin the Coast. It will be terrible. What would usually be a 5 minute drive on Beach Blvd. becomes a 30 minute drive during the peak Cruisin days.

Yup, traffic will be miserable then. But it's worth it to be there for Cruisin'. There's a good article on beaches in Biloxi, along with a map of the beaches, here:

Thanks Sammy that article is very helpful. Not too worried about traffic as I will be on vacation and not in a hurry to go anywhere. Seeing the cars will be fun anyway.
