Looking for information on rental cabins.
Thank you--we have family members who have rented a cabin for several days. It looks great, sounds great and is a fairly short drive from home in LA. Using it as a changeup from Percy Quinn, since they are getting ready to drain the lake--again.
No problem. Google is your friend :)
We just returned from renting 5 cabins and spending 4 wonderful nights at Lake Toc O Leen outside of Wiggins. It was a family reunion/Thanksgiving with ages one to 72. The cains were great, reasonable and were like Heaven away from the noisy cities. The weather was great and we had a wonderful time. Will definitely be back.
We have been going to Lake Toc-O-Leen for about 6 years now. Just rented 5 cabins for June. We LOVE it out there. Our kids are now 14 and 17. When we started going, they were 8 and 11. One year we gave them a choice of 4 days at the beach or 4 days at Tocoleen. They chose Tocoleen. Two of the cabins (Hideaway and Stillwater) are discounted to $80/night if you rent for 4 nights at a time. The owners are super nice people. The grounds are beautiful and the fishing is good. Quiet and peaceful and LOTS of running room for the kids. We set up a volleyball net. They provide paddle boats and a bateau and the kids love to be on the water. About all you need to bring is your food. They even provide firewood. Can't go wrong with this place.
