There's a paved walking/biking trail that runs between the COE's Dewey Short visitor center at Table Rock Dam and the Table Rock State Park Marina. I've biked it several times. There's a new mountain bike path over by the dam. From what I've read, it's challenging.

If you bike on the highways, be aware that road shoulders are very small if non-existent and the road are hilly and very curvy.

I've jogged on the path at the Dewey Short visitor center and think it would be good if you are looking for a nice easy ride with the kids.

If you are looking for a place for some more serious road biking I'm not sure where the place would be. There is a Branson Bicycling Club and I've looked at the paths they ride and it looks like it is a lot of their rides are on roads that have a fair amount of vehicular traffic (based on my fairly limited knowledge). There must be some good places to ride but I think you might have to drive a little bit to find roads without a little less traffic. If you find anything let me know as I would sure like to take some 30-40 mile rides when we are there this summer.
