Parking at a Cardinals game

Our family of 5 will be in St Louis next month for holiday. During that time we will be taking in a Cardinals game. We've been told to park at the Casino Queen and take the metro to and from the game versus buying a parking pass and parking at the stadium. My question is this, Are fares on the metrolink roundtrip or one way? If they're one way then it will be cheaper to just buy a parking pass if they're roundtrip it will be cheaper to ride the metro. Thanks so much for the help! Oh and a quick followup...is parking at major attractions a nightmare? Arch, City Museum, Science Center? We'll be there in the middle of the week if it makes a difference (meters are free nights and weekends where we live)

Cheers!!!

Cheaper to just drive and park. Metrolink is $2.25 one way per person. For $20 you can park right next to the stadium. Go farther and you get $15, $10, $5 parking. Definitely drive.

Parking at the Arch is fine. There is a big garage. No issue. Science Center and City museum can get busy, so go early if you can, but you should be fine. Meters are free nights and Sundays here - Saturdays are stopping being free July 1. However, Science Center and City museum have big lots and you're unlikely to have to use meters there. The Arch, you can park far at a meter but you get free parking in the garage adjacent if you book your arch tickets online.

On the third base side there are all kinds of little lots for 15-20. Do not worry about the metro link. Just park and walk.
