Snowmobiling

Are there any companies that will allow a 14 yr old ( will be 4 days shy of 15th birthday) to drive this own snowmobile on a tour?

You may want to ask on the California Lake Tahoe Forum.....

These types of questions get lost on the Nevada forum

In regards to Lake Tahoe, in general major snow mobiling resorts like Zephyr Cove require you to be 16 or above .

For age 16 and 17 parental approval is required.

There is a small tyke (too small for your child) at Squaw Valley. If you don't get a response to your question here or on the California forum you might want to call them and see if they have any suggestions for the "in between age" group.

Sorry I could not be of more help......beyond this very minor suggestion.

No, neither CA nor NV will let a 14 year old ride alone without a safely certificate, which are only issued to residents.
