Paris LV- Burgundy King end of hallway v. Classic King Suite

Anyone stayed in both? Which do you prefer? I see that the burgundy rooms are newly renovated and I like the "end of hall" idea with the two walls of windows, however a suite sounds nice too. I'm wondering if "classic" means the suite hasn't been renovated recently.

THanks!

Your question is about room type but are you sure you want to book Paris?

Stayed twice and the last was the second worst hotel experience we have had anywhere. Probably some bad luck involved otherwise no one would stay there but this place has really gone downhill.

Have a look at the reviews on TA and compare to similar class hotels like NYNY.

I've stayed in an end of the hallway Red Room with two walls of windows and loved it. It faced The Strip and the south end of The Strip.

Burgundy rooms are nice. But it looks like the Suite is almost twice the size of a standard room and it has a whirlpool tub. I would go with the suite. If you don't like it, I'm sure they will let you "downgrade" to a standard room.

I would not be worried about staying at Paris. Yes, folks can have bad experiences, but over 75% of reviews are good to excellent.

Thanks for the advice. The room is a comp, that I've already booked (burgundy end of hallway), so definitely sticking with Paris. I'm sure it will be good enough for us. Thinking of upgrading to the suite now or at check in, if available, but I don't want to pay gobs more.

I've had lots of really good stays at Paris it is my usual go to hotel. Burgundy is much nicer than classic but I would go with the suite. And it's a long walk down the hall to get to that end of the hallway room

Burgundy is a fine choice. And have no worries about Paris, it is a very fine hotel, clearly not high end, but significantly better then most CET properties

Thanks. Not expecting first class, and as most of you stated, I think I’ll be fine with at least burgundy. Going to see if I can get the suite for less than $75 more. If not, I think lll stick is ugh what I have. :)
