Have you been lost in a hotel?

I have! We went to Luxor and got lost for about 1/2 an hour trying to find our way out. It could have had something to do with our alcohol intake but it felt like we were in the Twilight Zone. Anyone else lost in Vegas?

Haha, yeah, we got lost in the Luxor too! Ended up on some floor with conference rooms by taking the wrong elevator, I was so confused in that hotel!!

Caesars Palace.. ughh I think we walked 8 miles in there between the shops and the casino.... Dh was sooo frustrated trying to follow the signs out. We have also been turned around in Excaliburs too.

The best thing to do is to go to the wall. Then follow the wall around.

Do that to get out of the casino, find a bathroom, or find the restaurants.

Trying to wander in the middle of the casino, following the signs, is not the way to get around a casino.

Visited MGM in 94 when it had its Wizard of Oz theme, got lost multiple times, couldnt read the little map they gave me at checkout for toffees.

Went back on a visit in March last year, took a couple of steps inside, saw how dark and dreary the enterence looked and decided against walking in further.

When I drive from one casino to the next, sometimes I forget where I parked my car.

Best advice is, to mark a landmark, such as a bar or restaurant nearby, this way you can always ask where that restaurant is

I got lost in Caesar's Palce too! I ended up down some wing where the only option was an elevator...

The Forum shops are annoying too...one main way out! My Mom actually started to have a panic attack there because she couldn't get out fast enough! Those damn architects and their forced path of travel past every store...

I've had this problem in both Luxor and Excalibur. You feel silly, but the layout of these casinos can make it hard to walk ina straight line so you lose your sense of direction.

I get lost everytime I go into Ceasers. One time I actually found a door and because of construction it was closed!!!!! I have stayed their and was lost the entire time. I now try to avoid this place.
