Worried about staying at Bill's

I have been to Vegas twice recently. August and October, both time staying at Paris. August trip I stayed in a renovated, standard room. October trip I was complimentary upgraded to renovated Lemans suite. Both rooms were clean, beautiful, modern and comfortable.

I am returning to Vegas this month for Thanksgiving and cousins bday. Was going to stay at Paris yet again (love my Harrahs comps!), however Bill's sent me a nice offer. Two free nights and 100 comp dollars. Figured the free 100 bucks would be nice for a dinner at the steak house with said cousin. My only worry...will the room (and stay) be comparable to Paris?

I would appreciate any feedback from people who have stayed at Bill's recently. Are the room's clean? Bed's comfy? Are all rooms updated?

Thanks in advance!

I have read that the rooms at Bills are very nice. I don't think that you should worry. I'll wager that a room at Bills may be a little better than Paris. Just my two cents.

Bill is a great deal, but it is not comparable to Paris. The room is nice enough and clean and a smaller casino. Just think of it as a new experience in Vegas. I would do it for that. Harrahs has very good comp. and rewards for their players.

Bill's is not part of Total Rewards. They have their own players club with a different comp system. I agree that the overall experience would not be comparable to Paris but its because the two hotels are so conceptually different. But free is free and I think you will still enjoy if you don't try to make it stack up to Paris.

Agreed with the above. Don't compare it to Paris and realize all the freebies you are getting. The standard rooms are very clean and comfortable with no frills.

The others are very right. Bill's is a very good hotel, however you can't compare it nor should you with Paris, two totally different entities. If it's the ambience you want and a few extra amenities, then go to Paris again.

Matchu19-

I have the same offer and will also be there on thanksgiving. For free and $100 comp dollars- I'll take it! I love the small size of the place and the plasma TV's.

Does anyone know if Big Elvis will be there on Thansgiving or the Friday after?

Bill's rooms are a great deal for the price but not up to Paris standards. Sounds like you will be disappointed. Then again, I tend to laugh at people who complain about getting paid (via comp dollars) to stay for free.

I think you have to be objective and judge Bill'son its own merits, rather than comparing it to a totally different hotel such as Paris.

Ask yourself the question: "Is what I am getting at Bill's good value for what it has cost me to stay here?"

I'm sure the answer will be a resounding yes!!
