Paris is a better choice IMHO. I like them both, though. North Tower rooms at Bally's are large and well furnished. Paris is a nicer, newer hotel with a more interesting casino.

I've stayed at both and like both. I like Paris better..but it's funny because I am usually "gushing" about how nice the bathrooms are in the Paris rooms and I think that's more of a female thing...and you are guys so maybe it doesn't matter! LOL!!

I think the standard rooms at Bally's are larger than those at Paris...but Paris would be nicer and more updated.

The good thing about either hotel is that they are connected..if you stay at Paris and like Bally's casino better..it's easy to just walk through the inner walkway to gamble...or vice versa.

If they are both comp...I say go for Paris as it really is a nicer property as far as the rooms go! =)

Enjoy!!

i agree w/ cotrav...

paris will have a more updated look , i have never stayed in paris but going have gone through the casino and area i think its a real nice place , my parents did enjoy it when they went a few yrs ago , they did say the rooms were very nice looking and confortable .... as for ballys , i have been in the rooms ( this was about 5 yrs ago ) so my info is prolly outdated like me :) but they have a decent size to them

i am around your guys age( only a few yrs older) and personally , how much time other than sleeping are you going to spend in the room...if you have a comp for either , than personally i would probably go w/ paris

hope it helps

I really don't think you can go wrong with either of these choices. I usually stay at Bally's, and I really like it there. That's just me though. I don't need the swankiest room on the Strip, just something spacious and clean, which Bally's offers. They're standard rooms are quite large. I've stayed in both the North and South Towers there. North Tower rooms are remodeled, but with little to no "view", whereas the South Tower, although clean, are a little older looking, but offer some of the best views of the Strip, the Eiffel Tower, and the Bellagio Fountains. Both have fantastic location on the Strip. They're connected, so you can use the amenities of either property anyway. If they're both comped, you're good to go either way. If it were ME, I'd book Bally's, but just because I personally haven't been very lucky in Paris' casino. Good luck whatever you decide, and have fun!

I would choose Paris because it's newer and has those high ceilings with a great ventilation system.

Plus I love eating at St Louis Cafe for breakfast, (shorter walk by at least 5 minutes!)not to mention the great buffet they have there.

Bally's casino is so dull, the rooms are good. I would rather stay somewhere that I like to play. I don't think I would pick Bally's again.

I would think 3 28 year old guys wouldn't really care how "pretty" a room is...the Bally's rooms are much bigger, more room for 3 people to spread out, and are also clean and comfortable.

If you said you were going with your girlfriend I'd say Paris, but with 3 guys I'd choose Bally's.

We've stayed at Bally's but not Paris. Bally's doesn't bother me at all. It's such a short walk through the little mall place that connects the two that it doesn't seem to matter. You don't have to spend time in Bally's casino...just walk over to Paris. Maybe you'd like Paris better? Who knows but you? Paris has a theme and Bally's doesn't. Check out some pics of both on webshots.com, here on TripAdvisor and at the hotels' sites. Either way, have a great time!
