Ballys or Treasure Island?

Hello eveyone!!!

I need some help making this last decsion. Would you choose Bally's or Treasure Island? Is Treasure Island more central to everything or is Bally's?

THanks everyone for all the great help

It depends what you're looking for. Bally's has the perfect central location right at the heart of the action. TI is further north across from the Venetian.

TI is now marketing itself at a hip, younger crowd whereas Bally's attracts an older clientele. If a good pool is important then neither would be a great option.

Bally's is a little more central, but TI isn't too bad. TI has very nice rooms, but I have never had any luck in the casino, the machines are very tight. TI's pool is better but it is small for the use it gets and can be crowded. Bally's is better food-wise due to its proximity to Paris next door. Bally's is linked with Paris by an internal corridor which is filled with little restaurants and shops. Bally's is more subdued. I do like Bally's location, across from Bellagio, next door to Paris and the Flamingo is close, too.

I loved TI, the beds were wonderful and the rooms were really nice. As the poster before said, the slots were very tight and we didn't do too well there. I enjoyed staying there though. There is a mini tram to Mirage and the food choices are wonderful, Canter's Deli, the buffet and the coffee shop. And there is alot of shopping right next door.

On the other hand, Bally's is my all-time favorite place to stay in Vegas. The rooms in the north tower are huge and very nice as are the bathrooms and everything was extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel is connected to Paris and couldnt have a better location. The hotel and casino are so easy to navigate and I really enjoy staying there. The casino is said to be boring by some but it's comfortable to me & I enjoy gambling there. You know how some places just "feel like home" to you, Bally's feels that way to me and I plan to stay there next time we go to Vegas.

I really don't think you can go wrong with either hotel but Bally's would definitely be my choice.

We've stayed there lots of times and always had a nice experience. Rooms are nice. We've always had North Tower rooms. My sister stayed in South Tower one time because North was full and said it wasn't that bad, just older. I've never stayed South, but the North Tower rooms are nice.

I agree on Bally's the rooms are very nice & a good size, the beds are very comfy & staff is friendly.

Bally's definitely has the Location for being more central on the strip.

Have a great time in Vegas.

We enjoyed our stay at TI. Bally's has just never appealed to me . . . but the location is very good.

We always stay at Bally's. Love it love it love it!

I have recently played at TI and the slots are so tight that I won't go back. Bally's on the other hand has awesome slots and I won over $600 playing penny slots on this trip. That was playing mostly all the lines x1. Try the monopoly machine and the one with the wheel at the top that is not wheel of fortune. I forgot the name, but I hit 10,000 pennies 3 times. When you come out of the cafe, its the round bank of machines that face the cafe. You have to play .90, 1.20, or 1.50 per spin to activate the wheel feature, but I spent less than $20 total to win over $300. Good Luck!
