From what I have read this hotel has very few children as they do not cater towards children. I understand Circ and Mandalay Bay are more kid friendly.
The only children allowed at the Wynn are those staying at the hotel. I don't know if it's a kid friendly hotel to their small guests or not, but would think they don't go out of their way where kids are concerned.
Having stayed there I would say not kid friendly hotel. We noticed last time there very few kids anywhere to be seen, sorry we like it like that.
I would not recommend it, there are the most aggressive about rmoving kids who do are not guests, just think you would be more comfortable somehwere else
I like Wynn a lot, but kid friendly it is not. I've stayed there a total of 30 days, and don't recall seeing many children around. Most of the restaurants are adult oriented. The pool is very nice in a quiet, relaxed sort of way, but not in a let's-run-around-and-have-fun sort of way. I have this vague memory of a few video games somewhere near the exercise room, but that might just be an artifact of my quickly aging brain cells!
There are no special attractions that would appeal to children like lion habitats or shark exhibits or acquariums. MGM, Mandalay Bay or Circus Circus would be a better choice.
Stayed here back when it was pretty new with kids- and they didn't seem to care much about them. Even if they ran around, they really didn't care much! The pool is more of a luxurious/ elegant type, and is very large. When we went it wasn't too busy. There is a separate pool for the Tower Suites too, which I think is oval shaped. The main pool however is extremely large and is fun to swim in! It goes under bridges and stuff, and is very long.
didn't care "even if they ran around.." kids are kids but when they run around at the Wynn they may run into most guests trying to enjoy themselves. IMHO.
I haven't stayed there but I have enjoed a cocktail or two there and have to agree with most of the above. No, it's not a child friendly property. In fact, I can't imagine a child having any fun there at all. MGM Grand and the like are much better choices for you.
Yes- if they are very mature and like architecture, Wynn is GREAT. The chandeliers and decorations in detail are great to take photos of! But if they just like the kid stuff, don't go to the Wynn. Oh- and I meant walking around- not running around! Whoops.
