Place across from Bellagio-help

My neice was there several weeks ago- I am heading there in 61 days- yeah- anyway, she told me about a place with great happy hour specials with out door seating across from Bellagio entrace. She could not remember the name. Does this ring a bell with anyone? Thanks

sounds like Trader Vic's to me. Great people watching spot with outside heaters if it's chilly. I must have missed the happy hour specials though. Didn't see any.
