which off strip casinos to see

We have been to all of the strip properties, all of the downtown properties and a few off strip properties, including Sam's Town, Rio, Palms, Gold coast, Orleans and Green Valley Ranch. Have not seen Silverton, Red Rock, M or Suncoast. Are any of these worth a drive to see. If you had to pick one, which one? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Silverton you can skip..

Red Rock you should see.

Suncoast I would skip also.

Red Rock is the one to see.

M Resort is worth a look also.

You should also drive out to Lake Las Vegas just to see the place.

I haven't been in any of the four but I've driven past Red Rock on the way to the namesake canyon. If anything, I'd head to the casino before or after the trek out there to break things up in what appears to be a semi-upscale environment.

Red Rock and the M are the only ones worth "seeing" IMO.

Both have nice pools and plenty to offer non-gamblers. As a local, I go to both for a fun night out often.

Hard Rock for sure, but thats sorta considered a strip casino for some reason.

I think it depends if you are looking for atmosphere or gambling.

Silverton has Bass Pro, the large fish tank, and has really expanded their gaming area. There are free shuttles to/from Fashion Show Mall.

I think most people will tell you M is the one to see because it's shiny and new.

Hard Rock is a place to see. Tons of music memorabilia scattered all over the casino (i.e. dums set used by the Doors, Michael Jackson concert clothes, Nirvana guitars, etc...). People watching here is good too. Some really good looking people here on Friday and Saturday nights. The casino is happening, really good vibe

That and the wine tasting bar is amazing, worth a trip just for that. (Hostile Grape) You buy a credit card and then can sample from about 100 wines setup to distribute wine by the oz. You pay by the oz on the credit card via a machine connected to the wines. No waiting for a bartender and the small samples mean you can try a bunch without stumbling out.

I would definitely choose Red Rock (along with the Canyon). I haven't seen M yet but it is sure on my list for my next visit.

I haven't been to M yet but it's on my list for next trip. I have been to Red Rock and I would suggest it in combo with Red Rock Canyon. You didn't mention South Point - you should check it out, too. I had a good time in that casino. Silverton is nearby. I didn't check it out but I wish I had because it sounds like the players club is pretty good.
