I usually stay for 8 days/7 nights. It's still not enough time to see and do everything, but you can get alot accomplished...

good luck and have fun!!

If you dont intend to spend time gambling then I would think four to five days would be about right. We took a day to do a grand canyon trip and a day by the pool, plus three days just wandering around with our mouths wide open going "wow", but after that we had seen all we wanted to see and I was happy to leave. I think it would all start to annoy me after a week.

3 -4 days of Vegas is plenty. All the smoke and lights get tiring after awhile.

I agree with 4-5 days if you are not playing the tables, slots, keno etd, It get to be boring afterward.

If this is your first trip to Vegas I am sure you will be fine with a week if you plan on relaxing poolside during the day and gamble/roam at night. I love Vegas but find that the 4th night is just right and I'm ready to go. If you are coming from UK maybe stay a week and mix it up by staying in 2 different hotels?

This summer I stayed 6 nights, gambled a total of five minutes, slept an average of 5 hours, and was "busy" entertaining myself every waking minute. The point is, for nearly 20 hours for five days straight I had an unbelievable time, and almost none was spent on gambling - just imagine if I had hit the casinos! Personally, I could spend several weeks in Vegas and never become bored. If it's your first time and won't be coming back for a while, I would recommend at least a week, especially if you want to see a lot of shows. But stay in a nice hotel - one of the "budget" places, especially off-Strip, may get really old after a few nights...

We went for 2 weeks a couple of years ago and couldn't get round everything we wanted to do so we are going back again, this time for 12 nights (including a wedding) and the place has changed again!!!
