I keep it in my pocket and am mindful of my surroundings. Haven't had a problem in the 6 times I've visited Vegas.

The first thing I do is not carry a wallet.

I carry a drivers license for ID and a credit card, along with some cash. Everything else is back in the room safe.

Money belt and hawaiin shirts to hide it.

Small stuff in front large bills in back (when you get to drunk to get at big bills shouldn't be gambling anyhow\

Keep your wallet in your front pocket, or wear a jacket with a zippable inside pocket. Or maybe get a travel wallet

I am glad you asked this question..been wondering myself what people do...i put my wallet in my frount pocket as i tend to worry about pick pockets also!!!when the strip is crowded or your watching a show, etc.it eases my mind to know i can feel my wallet in my pocket..just dont trust the back pocket!!!

I carry my wallet in my front packet all the time....They make nice thin wallets with a clear front for your ID, and then a few slots for CC's and either a clip or or a flip for Cash.

Pickpockets aren't much of a problem. Purse snatching is more the American style.

I do use a front pocket wallet/money clip with a minimum of stuff, just money, driver's license and, maybe, a credit card. The rest of my money and wallet are left in the room safe.

I carry a small bag and it's always close to my body with my hand on it. I also only carry one credit card, my ID and the cash I'll need at the time. Everything else stays in the safe. I also don't wear any of what I call bling, bling jewelry, that only brings attention. I've been to Vegas over 60 times, never had a problem. I also don't venture into unsafe areas of town and if I'm alone, I stick to places where there's always a crowd.

One time I had a hand pay late at night, not many people around and I was by myself. I asked a casino employee to get a security guard to escort me to the elevators.

Get a leather money clip for $10 and keep it in your front pocket. Walk with your hand in the pocket through crowds and you'll be fine. Just don't put anything in your back pockets.

In fact, I started doing this 2+ years ago on my honeymoon and haven't carried or had to sit on a wallet since. I also like having a separate small brass money clip (I use one I bought at the MGM) to fill with ones for tips.
