Best place for a pedicure on the strip

My wife and I are going in April (74 days away) and she loves pedicures. I'd like to surprise her with with an appointment for a really nice one. Thanks in advance for any input.

I didn't answer, because I've not experienced a spa treatment before in Vegas. I do know many people here like Caesar's Palace (Qua Spa, I believe) but know nothing about the services they offer.

My husband likes to surprise me too; and I don't always like surprises. If I were to be surprised by a pedicure; I would prefer it to be at the spa in the hotel I am staying at. You wife is going to want to have flip flops, or some type of open toed shoes to put on after; and sometimes it can be so relaxing that you really would just like to continue relaxing after. Perhaps a glass of wine back at the room while the toes dry!

I've gotten pedicures &/or manicures at Bally's, Red Rock Casino, Wynn, Encore, Canyon Ranch @ Venitian & Aria.

I would recommend Wynn, Encore and Canyon Ranch for their strip locations, high quality service & little extras. At the spas at the Wynn & Encore you are given all of the tools they use on your nails in a nice little bag to take with you. At Canyon Ranch they give you the bottle of polish they use on your nails.

I would have thought Bally's would be the cheapest, but it was actually one of the worst prices. I think I actually paid something like $35 for a simple color change at the nail salon in their shop area a few years ago.

Have you thought about treating her to one at home so she doesn't have to spend time in Vegas doing it? If it's done at home, you probably could get her more than a pedicure at that price.

I agree with the poster, at least have it at the hotel where you are staying if you decide to do it in Vegas.

Good point from cdar about using the salon at your hotel. It's nice not to have to hang around the salon until your nails are 100% dry.

Also, usually you get access to the spa's other areas if you've paid for a service, which might be a consideration is she enjoys that sort of thing.

Thanks for the responses everyone. I'm still not sure where we're staying yet. I've got a nice offer through my MGM players club but I'm waiting a few days to see if I can find something more center strip.
