Best place to gas up the rental car return?

What would be the best place (easiest and/or cheapest) to gas up the rental car on my way back to the airport?

Thanks,

dragon

Are you serious? What a dumb question. Try a gas station.

Are you guys really that moronic? Do you really need every detail about a question?

I know in many cities that gas stations around airports charge higher gas prices than other stations in the area because they know people are gassing up rental returns.

Also - some gas stations are easier to get to than others. Maybe there's one with cheap (or at least normal) priced gas that's on the right side of the road right before the airport. How should I know.

You know - it is permissible not to reply to every question. If you deem that a question is too stupid and not worth of a reply then just don't reply. Gosh, that's easy.

Are you that moronic that you can't look at a gas station and see what they are charging for gas? Prices change daily. Us locals do not fill up near the airport or The Strip. We don't want to pay tourist prices for anything. So, here is a list of the locations of where gas stations are in the tourist zone.

Arco by Circus Circus

No name station by Ho casino on Industrial

Arco across from Luxor

2 Chevrons on Russell road just west of the 15 freeway

Chevron on Sunset East of Bermuda road where a lot of the rental cars are returned

Arco or something at Paradise and Topicana

Flying J Truck stop right off the 15 Freeway at Lenwood road has the lowest prices. I'd highly suggest you stay on the 15 freeway until you get there, well worth the $.05 per gallon you'll save, Mainer.

Thanks for the information albeit with the sarcastic introduction. Is that more of the famous VM humor? Must have missed it.

Anyway, thanks again, Nevadan.

ok, let's be practical here. I know, pretty hard for you to do. But even if the "Last Chance Station" was charging $1.00 more per gallon than all the other stations in Las Vegas ($.15 is more likely). Would the $2-13 extra that you end up paying going to throw off the Dragon Family yearly budget so badly that you're going to have to cancel Christmas? Clevelander.

OK, fine, you win. Stupid question. Like none of you have ever asked a stupid question in your life. I'm leaving for LV tomorrow morning and last minute excitement got the better of me.

Excuse me.

Pardon me.

Humblest apologies.

Dragon, please accept my sincere apologies, I mean it. I will tell you where to save about 20-cents a gallon. Get on I-15 southbound and get off on exit # 1. You cannot miss it there is a huge roller coaster, log ride, and outlet mall in plain site on the left. Either the ARCO or Shell station on either side should save you a few bucks. You can thank me when you get back.
