The Website for Really Inexpensive Rooms

People have posted in the past about a website where they were able to get really cheap rates at downtown hotels.I think it was some sort of special on the site. If I remember correctly, it was around $10 a night. Does anyone remember what the website is?

you can check out www.smartervegas.com for promo codes.

I'm not sure if it has any offers for downtown hotels.

The cheapset I have seen in $10 per night on expedia for the Golden Gate downtown. That was for Christmas time.

the general cheapest prices you are going to see is dependant upon the season.

I have stayed downtown off season for $10 per night, it doesnt seem to get much lower than that.

Imperial Palace will be about $25 at its cheapest.

I have even seen Ballys at $49 per night but that didnt last long.

Last Christmas I stayed a few days at Hooters for $20 per night.

Just check expedia and travelocity and fiddle with the dates and see what you can get.

If you happen to have a Harrahs Total Rewards player's club card, you might want to go to Harrahs.com, and login with your card number and PIN. The HET hotels are not downtown, but they seem to have some pretty good discounts on their rooms, and you might not get a notification of them, unless you check the Hot Deals on their website.

Good luck.

At one time, Expedia had some low downtown rates. I usually offer FatWallet as a site to check but don't think they have downtown hotel rates. What about Cheapo Vegas?

Thanks everyone. It must have been expedia. It was within the last year or so I seen it posted. I was telling my mother about it, and she had asked me which website and I couldn't remember.
