Slot machine jackpot payouts cut by 50 %

I have noticed over the past few months on penny and nickle , dime machines that the payouts have been cut in half, by this I mean 100k coin payouts are now 50k payouts,

Another thing I noticed at the Venetian last weekend was a slot attentant was monitoring the slot machines every hour listing the bonus payouts. the last time I saw this happen, the casino replace the machines with a machine that had a lower % payoff, ie 96% to 89%.

I play mostly max bet on the machines but did notice most machines were hitting more offen on 40 or 70 cent bets, when they did hit on max coin they would more often pay only a few dollars vs the 70 cent bets were paying out 30-120,00. has any one eles notice this. Machines that used to pay 1100-1200 jackpot are now paying 500 jack. I watch a women who was jumping between 9, 15, 30 60 and 300 once hit bonus rounds one after another while I dumped 100 bucks without a hit. stupid I know.

After 14 hrs a day play between the Palazzo and Venetian I didn't see 1 hand pay in 4 days, I'm not saying it didn't happen, all I'm saying is I didn't see it.

last sept I hit a couple of 1k slot pays at the bellagio also, but this change has happened in the last couple of months, I didn't play out side of the Palaazo Venetian this time around, I kinda wish I had. My ex host set us in a Siena Suite and over comped us at our gold card level, its a good thing I play there because I would be folking out 600 a night for our intire stay we just made room comps at about 1500 aday play. but did have to folk out 140 bucks for our 4th night and they wouldn't honor a 100 dollar food and beverage comp.

Just check the payouts on the machines when you go, but I never had MGM-Mirage pull this kinda of crap on me, they always have been up front with their comps.

Venetian and Palazzo have some offers now that only give the $100 or so Food & Beverage credit at the following restaurants. Perhaps your offer was tied in to one of those promotions and you didn't eat at any of the following?

Dining credits can only be used at the following restaurants: Lagasse's Stadium, Postrio, CUT, Dos Caminos, Zine, Enoteca San Marco, B&B Ristorante, Carnevino, and Morels. Please ask your server upon ordering if meal can be charged to your suite.

I won at Palazzo and Venetian in mid-Feb and then lost big time the end of Feb there. However, during the time I had one of the worse streaks of bad luck I've ever had I did see others getting hand pays and hitting good pay outs. However, I also saw them replacing a lot of machines during my visit and it's possible the newer machines they were replacing them with had lower payouts.

I fed your post through a translator and this is what I got:

Max bet payouts cut in half, less than max bet payouts doubled.

Is that what you're saying?

Yes the 100 dollar comp was for morels, we had dinner there on the 16th the same day we changed rooms, the offer was for or under the siena suite we stayed in, not only did they not honor the coupon I tore 150 dollar pair of silk dress slacks on one of the wicker chairs on the patio, many of the wicker chairs were broke at the edges, My wife notice the tear after I walked over to the rail and looked down at the chair, same spot as the broken wicker. filled out a incident report but haven't hear a thing from Morels

They were replacing machine in the venetian on this trip also. I'm not saying folks hadn't won any jackpots , it just didn't happen while I was around. I hit alot of small wins 100-150 kept me going. The lower payouts might be at all the casino's. All i"m saying is I say machine that were paying out being monitored.
