The $1 tables at Sahara only pay even money for blackjack.

For $3, you'll have to head downtown.

$5 should be available, but many will be 6/5 and the better odds will probably head up to $10+ in the evening.

Wizard of Vegas has a survey that makes a good starting point. Some tables will not be open and some minimums may be increased during busy times.

Good luck finding $5 tables, much less $3!! You're not going to find any $3 tables on the Strip, except at the Sahara. $5 tables are going to be hard to find, especially on the weekends, and especially not at the big "popular" casinos, like Aria, Bellagio, Wynn, Encore, Palazo, Paris, etc. Another good reason to go Downtown.

Tropicana should have $5 tables, some properties during the week and in the morning, fairly early, sometimes have $5, also Bellagio has two tables for handicapped that are always at $5 but those are a continous shuffle.
