Nope... you arent the only sissy. We live in Fla and have about the same bed time and wake up time as you.... but, we are not clubbers anyway!!

Once in Vegas I am NEVER in bed before 4am.

I do stay up late at home in the UK which I'm sure helps.

I can sleep when I get home (or have a lie in every morning)

I keep my hours for the most part, although I try to extend them somewhat. I watch Craig Ferguson every night at 12:30 so I try to be back up to the room around then. I don't see any reason to hurt myself so I call it a night and enjoy some time in my room.

I try hard to stay on EST for a few reasons, but mostly because it takes me over aweek to get back on track once I get home.

But I don't recall ever doing so after 3 or 4 days in vegas.Once home I need a vacation from my vacation....lol

sleep schedule? what's that? LOL...

No, I keep a different sleep pattern in Vegas trips than I do at home...I still wake up early, but in Vegas, it's for a hearty breakfast and a drink, not for work or school....hee hee.

My schedule is always messed up after Vegas. We have a 3 hour time difference (Vegas is behind us) for starters, and I tend to go to bed much later than back home (atleast 1am everyday sometimes 4am), and get up early 6am - 8am the latest (even on the late nights.

So I usually need a day to catch up on sleep, and takes me about a week of suffering at work to get back on schedule.

Vegas or any other casino we are staying at really screws my sleep up. If I am up, meaning playing with the casino's money than I can get a little more sleep. If I am down, I get about two hours of sleep a night and go at them again. I will sleep when I am dead. I love you to much- GI - Oh how the hell did that get in there. Later - 11 and a wake up. - I need a shushie.

We don't usually stay up late either, maybe one night. We do try to take nap in the afternoon, but we like to get out about 4 or 4:30 am...get some breakfast and play the machines...I can always find the slot or VP machine I want, CW service is usually pretty good - love that coffee & Bailey's. Not alot of people to watch, but the ones out are pretty interesting!

I don't stay up that late. We tend to stay on East Coast time because I still have a preschooler to contend with when I get home and she doesn't really care if I'm tired! LOL!!! Plus, a vacation is about relaxing to me...so why push myself to stay up until I'm uncomfortably tired? I've been to Vegas enough now to be able to say that I will for sure go back...so if I miss something, it's no big deal....Next time....
