Planet Hollywood Towers

Hello everyone,

looking for advice about the new Planet Hollywood Towers. Has anyone stayed there yet. Wondering about room size, how comfy are the beds, how food taste, the pool , the service, etc.... Any info would be great. I'm planning my honeymoon there in August.

Thanks

Stayed there 2 nights last week in studio room. with north strip view, Eiffel tower view framed by PH and Paris. Room adeqaute size, although not much storage. Beds super comfy. High tech telly with control of A/C and window shutters from remote. No food on offer in house, but plenty options in Miracle Mile shops just off the tres chic lobby, turn left to Oyster Bay and Ocean One, right to Salsa Kantina and Cheese Burger, amongst others and PH itself. Pool area superb, although only 3 feet deep with shallower strips down edges. Pool staff left you much to your own, probably more staff than guests, more life guards than bathers until it got busier Friday leading into weekend. Would recommend for honeymoon, no casino unless you go looking for one. Valet & self park both straight forward and close by. Dont be taken in by the conceptional photos still used in marketing. Only one tower built, no gaming tables under waterfalls by the pool, darker external rendering. We moved on to PH itself and MB, but if choosing one from 3 to return to, it would be PHT. Only concern would be if the financial situation changes and the build tower 2, construction would effect the pool area. Cannot see that happening any time soon.

Stayed 2 weeks ago for 4 days in a studio......Room size was a little on the smaller size. Bed was the best I've ever experienced in a hotel-with a total of 8 pillows and 2 extras. Room was beautiful and modern with remote controlled everything. TONS of channels on tv with high def options. No food on site, per se, but there are tons of options at the Mall which is literally across the small lobby. The pool was beautiful-little small for Vegas standards.

Seeing as this is your honeymoon keep this in mind-they are NOT customer service minded. Do not expect any special requests to be honored or, frankly, anyone to answer the phone at the front desk. BUT if you want a very nice room in a modern clean hotel with e fantastic room-this is it!

We'll be staying at the PH Towers next week. How is the valet parking? I've seen some reviews that mentioned the valet parking was full- is this true? What do you do if it is?

Cant imagine they would turn guests away. May put out signs to discourage casual use. Pull up (down ramp) anyway and show your booking/roomkey. The least they will do is show you where to self park within complex. Self park is very close to lobby.
