If the pool is important at all, then Flamingo (is GO room an option for you?) For regular rooms, either Harrah's or Flamingo.

If the cost is most important, then IP, depending on what the difference in pricing is.

I always hear great things about the pool at Flamingo. Can someone tell me what is so great about it? Is it just the size? Is there more than one pool?
