RIP Paris fountain video

OK.....my hubby is at it again. Seems like the destruction of the Paris fountain, to be replaced by a candy store, had a profound effect on him. Mr.TxTeejay put together RIP video. Wanted to share! "Enjoy?"

It is awful that they took it down for a candy store.

Great job on the video.

Brilliant video, and I for one will miss the sight and sound of the fountain - gosh, I am looking forward to some candy to compensate (not).

A bit cheeky to use one of the Bellagio fountain songs as a soundtrack, though!??

That makes me truly sad that I didn't get to see the fountain in person. Wonderful video, thanks for sharing.

Such a nice tribute! I guess your video is the only view of the fountain I will see since our first visit to Vegas will be next week.... what a shame; it looked beautiful!

Thanks TTJ for posting and thank your MrTexTJ for putting that together. We stayed at Ballys/Paris April 30-May 7. Near the end of our stay, they started putting up the construction boards around the fountain.

Isn't it going to be replaced with a candy/jewelry store? I can't find the article right now but wonder how well that will go over.

I thought it was being replaced with a street cafe.

Might be wrong. Either way, I hope the construction is all finished by the time we get there in August.

The new place "Sugar" is a candy store and a restaurant that will add to the selections at Paris, but sad to see it go.
