It's a little late if u've already booked altho I think they offer refund (as long as u didn't book a non refundable special bargain room). I've used them for non Vegas trips and have had no issues. I always check 3rd party sites too but I gotta agree with some of the regular posters here, you are usually better off booking direct with hotel, esp when there are so many promo codes out there...

Tried booking directlyand received a huge price increase. Tried other booking sites with the same price increase. Is there a separate check in area for the towers?
